Sustainability

Our Products

We offer premium, single-origin Indonesian green coffee beans, fairly and sustainably sourced from farming communities across Java, Bali, and Sumatra

Java Ijen
Arabica
High on the plateau of Mount Ijen, where sulfur drifts faintly on the wind and nights run cold, the cherries ripen slower than anywhere else on the island. That patience shows in the cup — mellow, sweet, medium-bodied, with an acidity that never raises its voice.
Arabica
Java Sindoro
Mount Sindoro rises quietly over Temanggung, its volcanic soil feeding terraces that have grown coffee for generations. What it gives back is balance — a medium-bodied cup, gently sweet with brown sugar, its acidity held in clean, even proportion.
Arabica
Java Argopuro
Mount Argopuro keeps to itself, its slopes between Jember and Probolinggo rarely visited and rarely spoken of. The coffee grown there is just as understated — medium-bodied, balanced, sweetened with a quiet note of toasted nut.
Arabica
Java Preanger
In the Priangan highlands, coffee once crossed oceans before most of the world knew Indonesian beans by name. Grown there still today, it pours bright and floral — medium-bodied and lifted, the same character that made Java worth naming two centuries ago.
Arabica
Bali Kintamani
Arabica
Mandheling
On the slopes of Mount Batur, coffee grows alongside citrus groves planted by the same hands. The fruit borrows brightness from its neighbors — a cup that opens with citrus and holds a light, lifted body, like morning air over the crater lake.
Around Lake Toba, in the Batak highlands where mornings come slow and heavy with fog, coffee is hulled wet and dried close to the soil it grew in. The result is a cup built low and broad — earthy, herbal, full-bodied, with almost no acidity to interrupt its weight.
Arabica
Aceh Gayo
At the northern edge of Sumatra, the Gayo Highlands hold some of Indonesia's oldest organic coffee land. Grown among native forest cover and processed the old way, the cup carries that wildness forward — full-bodied, low in acidity, threaded with herb and spice.
